Easy to clean. Heavy but manageable. Maybe a bit small. Crepes do not stick on it ...so great buy. Not cheap, but so far worth.

We like to say that Skeppshult cookware is not cheap… but it’s probably the last one you’ll ever need to buy. Swedish cast iron is built to last for generations, so while it may feel a little heavy at first, that weight is exactly what gives it its excellent heat distribution and naturally non‑stick cooking surface.
And if your crêpes are already behaving perfectly on it, that’s a very good sign — in Sweden we would say the pan has officially passed the “pancake test”!
Enjoy it for many years (and many crêpes) to come.
